SECTIONS OF CLEANING AGREEMENT:
- Cleaning Service Information Section: which states, the cleaning business name, address, phone, email, if the cleaning business brings their own cleaning supplies to the job site, and if the cleaning business offers eco-friendly cleaning products for job site visits
- Property Information Section: this lists the client's property type (studio/efficiency, apartment, duplex, townhome, single-family home, multi-family home, office space, event space, other), the address of the property, and any special entry of parking requirements that cleaning staff will need to be aware of.
- Client Information Section: this lists: the client's full name, phone, email, date and time of requested cleaning appointment, whether the client has used the cleaning service before; if the client will have someone present at the home to let cleaning agents in; if the client wants cleaning agency to bring their own cleaning supplies or if the client will provide all cleaning supplies for the job (and eco-cleaning supplies),
- A Cleaning Solution / Equipment / Supplies section: where clients will write down all products they currently have at the apartment if they intend to have the cleaning agency use their supplies.
- A confirmation section: which confirms the: time and date of appointment, the total cost of cleaning service, the security deposit amount required to reserve the client's cleaning appointment, and contact information of the cleaning service if the client has any questions.
- An authorization section states that the client has carefully read and checked off all cleaning services they wish to have done during their appointment and that no cleaning appointment will be booked until a security deposit has been paid (with the client's signature required)

SECTIONS OF HOME CLEANING SERVICE LIST
